Ingredients
Carrots (x1kg)
Apple (1 Green)
Beetroot (1 medium-size or 1/2 large)
Apple (1 Yellow)
Lemon (1 unwaxed with peel)
Apple (1 red)
Method
Simply chop and juice all ingredients and serve.
This recipe makes about 1 litre so you can store some in the fridge for later. Juice made in a cold pressed juicer can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
