Apple (1 Green)
Beetroot (1 medium-size or 1/2 large)
Apple (1 Yellow)
Lemon (1 unwaxed with peel)
Apple (1 red)
Simply chop and juice all ingredients and serve.

The name for this juice comes from its ingredients (Carrots, Apple, Beetroot, Apple, Lemon, Apple) which spell out CABALA.
It could also be called Rainbow Juice as the different colours and a broad range of phytonutrients are represented.
