Health Assessment

I use iridology and sclerology to identify your nurture points and then guide you to create better health with a personalised program of cleansing, and diet and lifestyle changes.

Your eyes are not just the window to your soul, they also tell us about what’s going on inside of you. They offer a way to identify ‘dis- ease’ in the body before disease shows up, giving you the opportunity to prevent illness and maintain optimum wellness.

My eight week online group coaching program brings together the Bliss and the Health.

Throughout the 8 weeks you will

  • Curate your own blissipline practices, regulating your nervous system, reducing anxiety and improving sleep.
  • Conduct a full life audit and learn about toxins in your food, home and personal care products, and swap them out for healthy alternatives.
  • Undergo a detox focused to your specific needs, which includes a gut and parasite cleanse, kidney and lymph support, and an optional guided liver flush.
  • Implement sustainable diet and lifestyle practices, reconnect with your passion and purpose and create your own blissful life.
