I’m feeling so good in so many ways. 4 days colon cleanse and 7 days juice. All completed with relative ease. I felt amazing on the colon cleanse after day 2-3, and by day 4 I was dancing and I noticed I could climb stairs
without holding hand rails.

My body has changed shape a little, my skin is good, my eyes are good. I’m feeling happier and healthier. This cleanse has given me the energy to start creating what’s next.

May has been explosive with growth and expansion. I have a clear body and a clear mind. I want to do it again in June.
So thank you!

According to a review published in the International Journal of Molecular Sciences, drinking fruit and vegetable juices can have a positive impact on cardiovascular health by reducing blood pressure, improving blood lipid profiles, and inhibiting platelet aggregation. The study also found that the antioxidant effects of polyphenols and vitamins in fruit and vegetable juices can help prevent hyperhomocysteinemia and inflammation, which are both risk factors for cardiovascular diseases.

It’s important to note that while drinking juices might be a potential way to improve cardiovascular health, it should not be considered a substitute for a balanced diet that includes whole fruits and vegetables.
